John's Baked Chicken

  • 4 lb. chicken (boneless/skinless)

  • 2 6 ounce cans tomato paste

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 4 tablespoons Spike (a dry spice combination)

  • 10 shakes Tabasco (or to taste)

Dice chicken, mix all the wet ingredients and mix with chicken.
Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
