Mary's Easy to Make Salmon Salad

The beauty of this recipe is its flexibility, nutritional value and it's very affordable. Start with a can of salmon. Then, get creative.

I have added chopped celery, onion and cilantro to a few cans of mashed salmon. Then, I mixed it with some mustard, pepper, lime juice and mayo to taste.

It's great with a green salad, veggies or as a sandwich filler.
